Where to sleep :
In Nepal, it is very easy to find accommodation. Every small city have hotels or Guest house for a cheap price, 200 rupees (3.5 $). We had wondered to sleep in temples, but the infrastructures are not often adapted to this. For the adventurers, it always possible to camp somewhere into the bush, but it is necessary to be on your guard. Nepal is very populated and the Mao’s are still present.

Qualities of the road :
The roads are in good condition. You should not have any problems if you use road tire. Guidebook :

Unfortunately, we didn't take in note the name of our cycle shop were we repair the cycle. On the other hand, in the tourist district of Tamel, you will be able to find different shop of all qualities. You only have to find one witch will respond to your needs. You can also visit the main retailer of all these small stores. You have to get the direction. It is 6 km far away of Tamel area.
