Mee goreng ayam
 (Fried noodles with chicken)


Ingredient :

150 g Yellow noodles of Asian type (kind of spaghettis)
1 tbsp Chili slices (medium spicy)
1 tsp Oysters sauces
1 tsp Chicken stock powder
1 tsp Fish sauce
1 tsp Dark soya sauce (not use vh)
50 g Chicken slices
50 g Shrimps
1 tbsp Cooking oil
Handful of beansprout
50 g Green Mustard or Bok choy
1 Egg
1 Cloves of garlic chopped

Preparation :

1. Heat oil in a wok, fry garlic and chili together
2. Add the chicken, oyster’s sauce, chicken stock, fish sauce, soya sauce and the shrimps.
3. Add the cook noodles, the egg and bean sprout
4. Stir fry everything together and enjoy !!!

Nasi goreng kampur
 (Rural fried rice)


Ingredient :

1 cup White Asian rice
1 tsp Shrimps paste
1 Red Chili in slice (medium hot)
2 cloves of garlic
30 g Green beans
Handful small dried anchives (can be replaced by the non dried fish)
1 tsp Oysters sauce
1 tsp Fish sauce
1 Egg
1 tbsp Cooking oil

Preparation :

1. Heat oil, fry the shrimp’s paste, the garlic, the chili and cook for 2 minutes,
2. Add the egg, scrabble it, add cook rice, the green beans, the fish sauce, and the oysters sauce.
3. Stir fry 1 minute and dish out

Carrot Limau
 (Carrot salad with lime)


Ingredient :

Several shabby carrots
4-5 smalls red onions cut in fines gills
2 red peppers of type chili (medium spicy)
1-2 small Asian lime (slightly bigger than a tomato cherry)

Preparation :

1. Grate the carrots in fine gills
2. Cut in fine gills the small red onions and mix with the carrots
3. Cut the chili’s in fine disc and adds to salad.
4. Mix everything and add the juice of the lime
5. To serve cold
