Italy

After Croatia, It is a good feeling to be in Italia. We can easily feel the Latin origin. People love to express themselves and love cyclist. It was easy to find people to help us with the bike.

We finally succeededto repair the broken wheel; we now realize what was wrong with the wheel. In Nepal, the guy at the bike shop installed me a hub with 32 spokes instead of 36; than my wheel was less strong and can not absorb that much weight. I am now stock with this hub.

The South part of Italy was ordinary, the coast line propose beach that seams normal after the bleu paradise of Greece. Apart a few place on the coast, nothing was exceptional. After we met an Italian cyclist, we finally decided of re-contact our friends in Venice, member of warshowers, even of the lack of time. We appreciated the time passed in company of our two friends, Nillas and Ricardo, which knew how to take care of us and share us the specialties of the Italian dishes. (Pizza, Brochutto, Tiramisu, wines,) Hum! Thereafter, we did a sprint to Milan at another friend house and benefited from this, to go shopping. It is impossible to go to Milan without shopping. Especially, when everything is on sale

After Milan, the scenery was superb whit the Swiss Alps at the end. On the other hand, it was quite chili up there. We have bought a duvet for the night because we do not have anymore our sleeping bag. We get quite cold the night before the pass with our tiny wool sheet whish we have bought in Iran.
